David,

I would really like to check that out, are you allowed to share? I have
coded stack dumping before, so if you can't share give me a hint how you
"hooked" into the ISA 2004 crashes in your filter before ISA 2004 handled
them as event messages.

Yeh same here. Instead of fighting problem with MS-KB and supporting why it
doesn't work

I wrote my own crash monitor for ISA2004 firewall process to dump stack,
memory of just crashed plug-in.

ftp://ftp.gfisoftware.com/temp/netmon/CrashMonitor.zip

Like that I can even add custom mapped file tracing when desired which is
much more precise than stack tracing but plug-in has to support it.

ISAList:

Along with the current thread, I am having trouble getting a .dmp file fro
ISA when it crashes. Typically I see crash messages in the Event Viewer,
and the process is terminated, however I would like to see a .dmp so that I
can load it in VS and get the call stack.

Questions:

1) I believe there is a switch/registry setting to flag the ISA server
to write out .dmps, does anyone know what this is?

2) Or, maybe it is writing them out and I can find them.

Thanks for you help,

Wayne
