Ftp, Outlook, don´t work ! HELP !!

Hi , 

I´m having a problem with isa server , the people in my network cannot 
acess outlook , ftp , and pcanywhere and map network drive though ip 
adress. I have installed isa server about 2 weeks ago , and i already use 
all this softwares, but today  everithing stops, but the people also have 
internet acess ( IE) and there some machines in my network that can do 
this, do you know whats happeging?


I´m from brazil, sorry about my english.
