Unlikely, unless your ISA is getting blasted by them.
From your ipconfigs, it appears that your settings are ok,
though I can't validate the DMZ settings with the cable disconnected.
What addresses are in the LAT?

Is It possible, that this attacks, could be causing that
the Firewall Service hangs?

Internet Protocol (IP) address 213.130.44.60. A well-known port is any
port in the range of 1-2048.
ISA Server detected an all port scan attack from
Internet Protocol (IP) address 192.168.255.8
