Check if the 8.3 file name creation functionality has been disabled.

Hi,

I've run into a very weird problem today. The client is a Win2K SP2,
installed with RIS. I'm trying to install the Firewall Client on it, but
the setup always fails and tells me that it couldn't start the 16 bit
application "setup_a.exe". Any clues?
