FTP on ISA

Hi 
   I have just installed and configured ISA Server. I also have a FTP
Being published but have slight problems with my FTP.
In IIS in the FTP Publishing if  give <ALL UNASSIGNED IP> , then im able to 
connect to my FTP
Thru Internet but as per the Isa.org and microsoft.com it is supposed to
be the internal Ip address of the machine.
can some one help me with this..I have some more doubts which i shall be
posting in the upcoming sessions
