FTP behind ISA

Hello ALL!
I have problems with computers behind ISA (192.168.0.0 class) accessing FTP
sites. They use Smart FTP. On ISA server I have allowed them to use all
protocols (including FTP, and FTP read only). On Application Filter I have
enabled FTP Access Filter. I have tried all Proxy options from Smart FTP. They
can't upload or download, not even connect to outside FTP server.
Any suggestions?
