FTP ON ISA SERVER

Hi all,

I have an Isa Server that works as a Web Cache Server
(I have not installed the Firewall service).

I have created a Protocol Rule to permit FTP to all
users in the network, but when I try to connect to
ftp.microsoft.com (for example), it appears an error
message "An error occurred reading the contents of the
folder. Make sure the file name is valid and you have
permission to access the location specified.
Details: The operation timed out".

Netscape users don´t present this problem.

Can you give one solution?
