It appears that ISA is receiving an HTTPS proxy request from your app;
that's why it's responding this way.
You can add ports to your ISA SSL port list by using the vbscript in this
KB:

Hy!

I have a problem with my ISA. I want to access a remote ftp site from the
server itself on a port different from 21. (ex 2001). I have created 2
packet filters:

Filter 1
tpc inbound
local: all
remote 2001

FIlter 2
tcp outbound
local: dynamic
remote 2001

I have tried to connect both with CuteFTP and WS ftp le and I could login
but I didn't get a list of the files on the server. I guess it couldn't
connect because it wants to use a port different from 2001. The host is
running ServU. If I create a filter like tihs

FIlter 3
tcp outbound
local:all
remote:all

everything is working fine...


My other problem is with NetVampire
I cannot get is work again. I have modified my isa settings and now I'm
getting an error message when I want to download a file. Downloads in
Explorer are working but as soon as I want to use netvampire I get the
