        Hi Tom,

Thank you for replying. I made it work. Disabled socket pooling
for w3, smtp, nntp, pop3 and imap4. Created server publish for rpc,
smtp, nntp, pop3 and imap4. Created packet filter smtp out.

        Alex

        Hi Alex,

Did you create a packet filter to allow outbound TCP 25? Was the
packet filter created for inbound TCP 25? Packet filters get around the
issue of socket pooling, which needs to be disabled if you plan to use
Server Publishing Rules.

        HTH,

        Tom

                http://www.ISAserver.org

                Hello,

We have SBS, ISA and Exchange on same server. When
Exchange is published with server publish wizard, packet filters are
created. With this configuration we can send, but not receive emails,
and telnet server.domain.com 25 has no reply.

When we manually created server publish rules (5 of them
for Exchange), telnet works, but no sending and receiving, and messages
are stuck in SMTP queue.

A and MX records are created.

                Thank you for help

                Alex Randjelovic
