I'm getting this error even when connecting to a similar setup from
within my internal network, without having publishing rules specified.
So I'd be also interested in solving the problem.

I am getting an error "400 Bad Request - The data is invalid. (13)
Internet Security and Acceleration Server" when trying to access my
default website on an ISA server and IIS 5 all on the same machine. I
have changed the ports from 80 to 81. I have set up the destination
sets and the web publishing rule just as the instructions say, but still
no luck. What am I overlooking?
