Dynip DDNS Setup in ISA 2004

I am having troublesetting up Dynip DDNS access from ISA 2004. It is a
service like TZO and I have used the TZO info on ISAServer.org as a guide,
but I still cannot connect. Could someone take a look at the link below
and offer any help?
