"By default" can be changed.
If you know the application that shouldn't b "remoted" to the ISA, the nadd it
to the Firewall Client Application Settings list with "disable=1".
The ISA help covers this.

All clients are Web Proxy clients. Firewall client is not good because my
network is complex (By default firewall client redirect all applications, I
need to redirect only a few). ISA is not my primarly firewall!
I want to use any peace of software that can continue download after it is
interrupt. Problem is when that kind of software try to authenticate to ISA
Server. I don't want to use basic authentication like most software support.
I want to know if anyone use some software that can support NTLM authentication.
