Destination Set Problem

hi,
I m facing some problem regarding destination set. The problem is that
when I block some sites with this scenario like www.microsoft.com or
*.microsoft.com so it would be blocked but if i use this scenario with
path like www.microsoft.com with path /downloads/*.then this path doesn't
work and microsft download site is stil opening on all clients, due to
this problem i have very much problem of making cache,plz do help me.
