You must always configure the External Interface of ISA with all appropriate
TCP/IP configurations, including valid DNS servers.

>- clients in the intranet use an internal DNS server configured with a DNS
>server in Internet as its forwarder

If clients on the intranet are using an Internal DNS server, that server
should be configured to use forwards that are of your ISP.
