Personally, I discourage using DHCP 252 for wpad, since DNS is so much
sweeter and doesn't care if you're a local admin or not.

There doesn't seem to be anyway to create the 252 WPAD option in the DHCP
server in Windows 2003 as there was in Windows 2000.
Is this entry still required in 2003 or is creating an A record in DNS
enough to satisfy the server gods ?
