Configuration Error... :-(

Hi,
All
I'm not much new to use ISA Server 2000. But unfortunately I see an error,
after reinstalling my whole server machine (Windows 2000 Server (Sp3) +
ISA Integrated Mode (with all hotfixes)).
Erro is "Configuration Error" Whenever I restart my server machine I see
that error.
Although I never see this error before. I don't know, why this time it
occures.
Please anyone who knows about this tell me.
