The ISA w3proxy service maintains its own DNS cache in support of DNS
resolution for any DNS request made TO ISA (Web / FW clients).
By default, this cache assigns a TTL of 6 hours to any record it obtains,
regardless of the actual TTL that accompanies the record.
The TTL key is located in:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Fpc\Arrays\{GUID}\ArrayPolicy\WebProx
y]
"msFPCDnsCacheTtl"=dword: 21600 (D)
You can change this value if you're having trouble resolving changed name /
IP combinations. I don't know what the upper / lower bounds on this key
are, and playing with it probably voids your warranty anyway...

What do you mean "DNS cache from hell?" Sounds like something I would want
to know about...
