Chikka Messenger Disconnected from Server

Following are my configurations:

   Incoming: 
         TCP Port: 80
         SSL Port: 443

   Outgoing:
         TCP Port: 3128
         SSL Port: 443

Also MIRC didn't also work, anyone HELP!
