Indeed - no failed requests, no errors, just the "old" page. Even with
the internal site shut down (tested both with the site stopped and the
web server service stopped) the site still showed up. So, there must be
some issue with IIS7 and ISA caching - even though the site was (and
still is) part of the non-cache sites. Steve tested caching rules this
morning, and they worked (I don't think caching was even enabled).
Jim said something about the "CacheDir" only showing what was on disk --
the site has been running for months with no changes at all. If it was
being cached by design, it would certainly have shown up by then... But
again, caching was off - or it was supposed to be off, anyway. And the
meta tags on the site prevent IIS caching...
