Hello,

What IS the default TTL set on the IIS server you are publishing?

I restarted ISA and the updated page displayed. He restarted IIS7 a few
times.

Cache was disabled.

His site is the only one that seems to be affected by this. All my sites show
updated pages when they've been edited. As does ISATools.

I have enabled the cache, and his site ain't in it, because it's in the no
cache rule. (as are mine).

Just to put the cat in amongst the pigeons...cache was disabled.

I was actually about to suggest that it has something to do with IIS7, 'cos
all the other sites update fine and do not require a restart of the service.

FYI - I just made more changes, hit F5, and they immediately refreshed
as expected. Must be some IIS7/Win2k8 voodoo.
