If the internal settings are not changing I don't think you need to
change the LAT. First - You need to add your new ip address and bind
them to your external nic. Second ensure under ISA Server properties
that your outbound instances are binded to the correct external ip
addresses, Third, you need to change your web and app publishing rule
properties to reflect the new ip addresses that you have added.

We have ISA server working in standalone
configureation as firewall, proxy and cache mode.
Everything (publishing, firewall, vpn server, branch
connectivity) is working as expected and configured.
Now, we are moving to new building, where we have new
set of IP addresses. We are moving whole domain there
as it is, which means internal address and domain
names are not going to change.
My question is "How do I change extenal IP address of
ISA server, are there any known compications?"
