The isa server with service pack 1 and feature pack , Windows 2000 Server
With Service pack 3  ,

I send the error to tom but Post here again :

ISA Server failed to write content to cache file. The error code in the Data
area of the event properties indicates the cause of the failure.
this is de error

You really need to supply a lot more information....eg what mode you
have installed isa in....what service pack level...the error message in
full etc.
