I sure don't fault ISA in this issue.
It's clear to me that a fix for IE6 may have caused it, and a hot fix
resolved it.
But it also seemed to follow changes made at the secure site's web
pages.
I think one reason may have been that the sites used some 'non
compliant' code or something that could have caused the issue and
possible heartburn with ISA, because why would other secure sites work?
Try to take the client outside the ISA and see if it works as is without
any fixes.
If it does, it still may not be ISA, but it would help all those
involved in finding the root cause.
If it doesn't, then it is obviously browser and only browser (or at
least client) related.
And yes, please try the fixes John recommends to see if they will fix
the problem.
It will help with pinpointing the issue as well.
But,
I do have issues with any solution that requires making MTU changes at
the client.
At least manually.
MS, or who ever, should fix the problem through a supported fix, not a
set of instructions for editing the registry.
I know some things are inevitable, but I would hate to have to edit
several hundred registries.
I guess some kind of script would do it for you, but that is hard to
track on who has applied it and who has not.

Don, please try the fix in the KB that I have on ISAserver.org on one
computer first.
Most importantly, change the MTU size on the client.
This is frustrating me as many people seem to easily jump on the "it is
the fault of ISA server" when I know it is not.
