Hi Don,

Can you give a couple URLs that you cannot connect to? Then I can check
'em out. I haven't run into this issue yet at any of the sites I've
enountered, so I'm not sure what the problem looks like.

I think it would be nice if the ISA site guru's could look into this
issue
(perhaps with your MS engineering contacts) and find out what is going
on
and recommend a best course of action.

Currently we are using PCs outside ISA to connect to commerce-sites with
this problem. 

Last time I checked, MS did not have a "download patch" (we had to call
them
to get it), and they recommended we wait (if possible) for a fix.
