Blocking Peer-to-peer file sharing application (kaZaa)

Dear All,
First, I am newbie to ISA community.
I like to exercise "Good House Keeping" in our environment by blocking
KaZaA, using ISA server how do I block/prevent this application from
interacting within my corporate network?
Also, I would like to know what "Destination Set" pointing to KaZaa site
that needs to be created. Talking about the host name for KaZaa
What is the best way to handle this?
