Blocked Site exceptions from AD

Hi All,
When I try to add a firewall policy to block specific websites, I want
to have exceptions for the blocking, the group of users who are in the
exception list exist in Active Directory, but when I go to the Except
button in the firewall policy ( we just upgraded to ISA2004), I have 3
options All Users, All authenticated users, or System and Network
Services,
How can I get the group from active directory?
