RE: Block user from accessing non-work related sites

You might want to start defining a corporate policy that actually defines what 
'non-work'-related sites and 'personal use' is, and when it is (not) allowed. 
Without that, you'll be shot down the moment you start putting in your first 
webfilters. :P
