Your welcome, We use statics at a lot of sites, so I am in the same boat in
places. But when you can, using dhcp to make clients secure nat clients can
be very helpful. What do your clients gateways point to?

You could also use dhcp to point the clients gateway to the internal ip of
the isa box, making them a secure nat client.
