Array Doubts

Hi folks,
 
I've some doubts about ISA Array:
after read the Configuring ISA Server Arrays by tom shinder, I'm still with 
some doubts:
 
 
1. On Computer where I created the Array, I need to install ISA SERVER ? or 
this computer can be only the array console ?
 
2. How I should to configure my WebBased clients ? I should to set up my 
clients in a specific server or Server Array ?
 
3. How to work the Fault tolerance in a Array ? When any server was down, Isa 
clients will navigate ?
