Support on this product is free from Symantec. You should open an incident.
I suspect that Microsoft views Symantec as a competitor and would be
inclined to trash it.

Have not opened an incident with SEP support, but had Microsoft in on it
and they sent me a few KB articles about SEP not being able to be used
on ISA (Symantec issue)
