Allow certain external machines to reach an internal one

Hi all,
 
I am using ISA in dedicated firewall mode.
 
I need to allow certain external machines (IP addresses) to be able to
ping / get to a internal machine.
 
It will be a great help if somebody could point out the configuration
required.
