Admin tool and report

Hi
Anybody able to enlighten me as to why all of a sudden I am unable to
connect to a ISA server from my workstation.
I installed the Admin tool on my W2k workstation. I am also a domain admin.
I have been able to do this before, but all of a sudden it stopped and I get
the following error message..

ISA Server
The remote server or the array member server Celeris is not available. Do
you want to connect to this server in the future.?

The server is there and running. I am able to run the admin tool on the ISA
server itself.
Is there a limit on how many IP#s that you can bind to the external
interface on the ISA server, as this is the only changes I did on the
server, for web publishing.
Because I am unable to connect I also get these errors
