You don't add it to the LAT; you add it to the web proxy local domains list.

Hi John,
ISA 2004 Ent. Would not allow me adding 127 to the LAT, because it sees a 
conflict with the localhost object. I had it working with ISA 2000 by adding 
the 127 to the LAT.
