A newbie question

Hi,
   I am new to ISA server, I would like to publish the site that I've created 
to the internet. This is my setup:
  
   My IIS Server:
    IP address: 192.168.100.44
    Subnet: 255.255.0.0
    Default Gateway: 192.168.100.6
    Internet explorer LAN setting: 
        Use web proxy: 192.168.100.6 
        Port: 8080

   
  MY ISA Server:
   Intranet IP Address: 192.168.100.6
   Subnet:  255.255.0.0
   Default Gateway: 192.168.100.1
   DNS: 192.168.100.5
   
   External IP: 202.163.200.xxx
   Subnet: 255.255.255.248
   Default: 202.163.200.xxx
   DNS:     203.172.11.21
   Alt DNS: 203.172.11.25

   I tried to follow the tutorials in this website but up to now I can't make 
it to work. I get this error:

   11001 - Host not found
Internet Security and Acceleration Server

Technical Information (for support personnel)

Background:
This error indicates that the server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, could 
not find the IP address of an upstream content server


...Hope you can help me guys, i'm just starting my career in IT.
