A lil question

Hi every1,

I was wondering if, on a scenario like this one:

               INTERNET
                      |
                [ROUTER]
                      |
                      |
             ISA SERVER 1 on DOMAIN1.COM
                      |
                      |============== DMZ =====================
                      |
                      |--------- WEB SERVER on DMZ (with private IP address)
                      |
                      |============== end DMZ ==================
                      |
             ISA SERVER 2 on DOMAIN2.COM
                      |
                      |---------- SQL SERVER
                      |
                      |---------- Internal Client 1            
                      |---------- Internal Client 2

To 

a) make the WEB server able to access data on the SQL Server.
b) make Internal  client 1 and  Internal client 2 able to navigate on the 
internet.

Should i create the trust relationships between the 2 DOMAINS DOMAIN1.COM and 
DOMAIN2.COM ?
And, in general, what should i do to make that scenario working as well ?
