  Hi Greg,

I was "assuming" (my bad) that we were talking EE.

according to what im reading an inplace upgrade works from 2004 (as long as
they are the same versions, std, ent) to 2006.

Use the backup restore if you want to change hardware.

and there is no direct upgrade path rom isa 200 to 2006

Does the release allow you to do an in-place upgrade, or do we go the
"backup and restore" route? I got bit in the hiney on that one both times I
tried to move from 2004 to 2006 (with the bck-rst route).
