I insure you the Trainers are use to that area.

I'm just about to move into an apartment on Mount Prospect Avenue in
Clontarf.
I've heard from somebody living in the area that there is somebody with a guide
dog already living around there?
Anybody on the list know who this might be?
I'm going to be getting a visit from IGDB in the next few weeks, as part of
my assessment for guide dog training, during which they take a look at the
area I live in.
It might be useful if I can say that such and such a person already uses a
guide dog in the area.
