I am assuming all non-repoducible issues have been closed.
I'll be labeling and assigning people to issues.
@Miquel, Kewin: I didn't see the features get added to the tracker.
I'll add them.

This is a reminder to review all the issues you created in the github
issue tracker for reproducability. If an issue has been resolved, please
close it, or, if it was imported, ask someone of the managers to close
it for you (or Kewin ;) ).
The original mail stated: "To be done by the author of each issue,
before the end of this week." Since I didn't see a lot of closed issues
yet: Let's put the deadline also on monday evening (just as the
day-to-day chat decision). From that point on, I'll assume what is there
is still a bug/feature/whatever and start assigning people.
The following features still need to be added there:
* Blocking of ports when TC queues are full, unblocking when they can
allow more packets -> Miquel
* Cherish/urgency multiplexing: Miquel
* ECN-like congestion control scheme: Kewin
* Transmission control policy (rate-based flow control): Kewin
