In case you didn't really look at my last check-in, Appearance has the
capacity to do just that at this point. Considering that it would be a
trifle to bolt the Menu, ScrollBar, and Fonts prefs onto Appearance,
would there be any objection to doing so? If there is, would it be
reasonable to just use a #define to add them in or leave them out?
Thoughts, anyone?
