That means that the BApplication constructor exit()s. I'm not sure, what
the state of the app server development is. Maybe BApplication needs a
running app_server as well? Mid of January the registrar was still (or
again (after I removed the RUN_WITHOUT_REGISTRAR macro definition from the
BApplication source file)) working properly.
