[interfacekit] i'm still here in case you wondered

In case you've wondered i'm still here.  Havent seen much activity in the
mailing list so i desided to post :)   Redoing the BMessage class forced me
back into my c++ book - ive never had much practice with hash functions and
templates so this might be educational :p  Also have we desided on the
framework on the app_server or are we pretty much ripping out atheos
framework?  I would rather preffer we make our own framework.  We descussed
the functionality of the app_server many times so if someone wants to come
up with an h file to kind of outline the code, it would be cool.
