Err, yes, I actually was already doing that. ;-)
Anyone from the IK team? I reckon DW will work on the app server and he 
will have to hurry to get it done until we reach Ms3. ;-)
Erik? I know, you're currently very busy with the source tree move, but 
as Michael sounds quite optimistical...?
Anyone else? I'm planning, that we'll make rapid progress -- I really 
don't want to spend months on each phase. In order to avoid situations 
where the others have wait for someone not getting a component 
finished, it make sense, if only people work on it, who have a 
reasonable amount of time to contribute.

Argh! ;-)
Seriously, yes, I can do that, but since we are going to munch a whole 
bunch of App Kit classes, we should avoid interfering with the IK team 
working on this classes. I reckon, Erik has an overview concerning 
this.

We will also have to find a place for in the CVS repository. When the 
move has been completed, things should be easier, but I will definately 
do some work this weekend regardless of the state of the repository.

Since I hope, that noone has found serious flaws in the roadmap, I will 
layout phase 1, including protocols, some data structures, a task list 
and so on.
