[interfacekit] Submitted for your approval: the PortLink module

Ok, guys, I actually got some *real* code written. It's an implementation of 
a port messaging scheme similar to what Erik suggested a couple days ago. 
Tested it and everything seems to work properly. I attempted to learn make 
and write a makefile, but to no avail. BeIDE project files included until I 
get the hang of it. :(
