[interfacekit] Some progress in Support Kit ...

PFiuu ...  just finished the total implementation, full testing, and binary
compatibility check for those 4 classes in the Support Kit :

- BDataIO
- BPositionIO
- BMemoryIO
- BMallocIO  ( *250%* faster, and more error-checking than the original
!!! )

Hopefully will be done till the end of this week-end most of those other
class from Support Kit :

- BString
- BList
- BFlattenable
- BArchivable
- BStopWatch

After that, well, the Support Kit will be pretty much finished and ready to
ship  :-) .
Now my next big task is to learn CVS and how to put my new code in the DB.
