True, but it should probably also be triggered when you press the power
button on your computer - maybe it's better placed in the Registrar,
after all. In a multi-user system, the shutdown might need to be
protected by a password check, anyway.
The BRoster::Private::Shutdown() method could have a bool parameter
"confirm".
