Maybe I'm confused on this one, but have you ever gone to the Team Monitor 
with either the Tracker and/or the Deskbar not running? A little button 
appears marked 'Restart Desktop' which restarts whatever needs running of 
those two apps.

Roster management, according to George Hoffman, is taken care of by the 
registrar, but I *did* forget drag & drop and clipboard stuff. :)
