[interfacekit] Registrar: Milestone 2 reached

Hi Interface Kitties, ;-)

those subscribing the CVS ML have already noticed Tyler's last burst of
check-ins, which completed the MIME support. Great work! Thanks, Tyler!
As the other items scheduled for phase 2 have already been finished, we've
hereby reached milestone 2. :-))

Now that we have a solid foundation, in phase 3 we will complete all
registrar related API. Which basically consists of the remaining BRoster
functionality (launching, watching, recent support, broadcasting) and the
classes BMessageRunner and BClipboard. Compared with each of the first
two phases this one shouldn't take that long, since the amount of work
should be quite a bit smaller.

So let's get on with it! :-P
