I have some code for it (basically it's almost completed, it just lacks a 
custom
qsort function).
I can send it to you tomorrow.

I think we should put it in the support kit folder (as BList is there).

Can you commit it to the repository soon, please. I would like to test the registrar on our kernel and this seems to prevent our libbe from loading.
Well, there's still the broken BMessage issue, but that's another story.
