I'll be sending out an alpha of the migration script in the next hour or 
so; still, it will probably need tweaking, so there should be some time.

Unless Joe pipes up here very quickly, I'm going to assume that he has 
not done and is not planning to do any work on BRoster and registrar.  
Correct me if I'm wrong, Joe! =)

Once I'm done with the migration, I'll be available for other work, and 
so would like to continue owning BApplication (if no one objects too 
strenuously ;).
