I believe our mysterious documentation team is/was working on an XML based
OpenBeBook, while the rest of us are to go ahead and keep using doxygen. I
guess the differences between two will be reconciled at some later date.

Last time I checked thoroughly it didn't, and it appears that it still
doesn't. That's about the only relevant format it *doesn't* support, though.
